1. GENERAL
The terms and conditions set out below are applicable to the supply of products made by DD Jewellers to the Buyer, hereafter referred to as the Customer.

2. PRICING
2.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling.
2.2 All prices are inclusive of delivery charges for delivery to all U.K. mainland destinations.
2.3 Carriage charges to all other destinations other than the U.K. mainland are available upon enquiry with DD Jewellers (info@ddjewellers.co.uk).

3. PAYMENT
3.1 Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, by one of the following payment methods:

Major credit cards as listed: Mastercard, Visa, Switch / Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta.
Cheques made payable to DD Jewellers.
Bank transfer direct to DD Jewellers.

4. TRANSFER OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall fully pass to the Customer once the goods have been delivered by our nominated transport provider and signed for.

5. DELIVERY
5.1 DELIVERY DATE:
DD Jewellers aim to deliver all products within five to seven working days from the processing of payment. Despatch normally takes place on the same day as payment is processed. Any orders which will exceed 28 days to complete, the Customer will be notified in writing and will be offered the option of order cancellation and a refund of payment. Any products not available at the time of ordering will be despatched to the Customer as soon as is possible. DD Jewellers cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers or transport providers.

5.2 SHIPPING:
All products are despatched from our warehousing facilities. Unless requested by the Customer, all products must be signed for at the time delivery is made. The Customer may request an alternative method of delivery other than DD Jewellers’s nominated carrier. This must be requested at the point of ordering and any goods despatched by any other method specified by the customer will be completely at the customers own risk.

6. ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within 7days after delivery, and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods, unless, within 7 days time after their delivery the Customer notifies DD Jewellers that the goods are rejected. If no notification of rejection is received, DD Jewellers will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose and therefore reserve the right not to accept any rejection of goods at a later date.

7. RETURNS PROCEDURE
7.1 If the goods are rejected within the time scale as defined in clause 6, the Customer shall comply with the DD Jewellers returns procedure as defined below. DD Jewellers will not accept any returned goods should the returns procedure not be followed.

7.2 The Customer must contact DD Jewellers in writing by post, fax or e-mail (info@ddjewellers.co.uk) to obtain a returns authorisation. A returns code will be issued and must be referred to in all correspondence. This number must also be clearly marked on any returned packages. The cost of returning goods to DD Jewellers is to be met by the Customer. Please note that in the event of your returned jewellery not being received, no refund can be made unless a post office franked proof of posting can be provided. If the returned items value is up to £50 in value, please use Royal Mails “recorded delivery” service, or if over £50 in value then please use Royal Mails “special delivery” service. In No circumstances should an item be returned using normal mail (First or Second class delivery).

7.3 In cases where the goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to the location specified by DD Jewellers before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds are processed within seven days of a product being returned to DD Jewellers.

8. CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with DD Jewellers’s cancellation procedure and can only be executed before any goods have been despatched. If the order has been despatched prior to DD Jewellers receiving the order cancellation from the Customer, the returns procedure as defined in clause 7 (7.2 and 7.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not followed, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

8.2 Cancellations can be made either by telephone or by e-mail (info@ddjewellers.co.uk) directly with DD Jewellers. Please remember, order despatch normally takes place the same day as payment is processed.

9. LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with U.K. Law.
